Outdoor stains
It’s always a wonderful feeling to be close to nature, but stains are sure to happen when you get down and dirty. Don’t worry, Ariel detergent is here to help you get rid of them.
Paint
Whether it’s painting a set of shelves or creating a piece of art, painting is a great way to spend quality time with your family. To tackle water-based latex, acrylic, emulsion and school paints, rinse wet stains under running water, then wash with Ariel detergent according to fabric care labels and washing instructions. For dried paints and those that are oil or varnish based, sponge carefully with white spirit or a proprietary paintbrush cleaner (apply in small amounts, and test on a small area before proceeding) before washing clothes.
Tar and oil
Maybe from the auto rickshaw or your bicycle, these stains sometimes sneak up on you. As soon as the oily accident happens, scrape off as much of the stain as possible. Soften the remainder with margarine or butter and wipe away with a clean cloth. Treat any residual stain with a proprietary tar cleaner then wash with Ariel detergent according to the fabric care label.
Daily grime
Daily wear soon leaves collars and cuffs with a layer of dirt that can seem hard to shift. Give your clothes a new lease of life by pre-treating any dirty areas with Ariel detergent and leaving for 10 minutes. Then wash as normal.
Grass
An unavoidable stain, especially after a picnic with the kids or a pleasant garden party with your friends. But of course a nasty little grass stain can’t ruin a lovely day! Pre-treat it with Ariel, then wash as normal according to the fabric care label.
Mud
Fun in the playground always brings mud as an uninvited guest to your house. First let the mud dry, then scrape off as much as possible. Pre-treat the remainder with Ariel then wash as normal.
Use Ariel Matic Front Load, if you have front load fully automatic washing machine or Ariel Matic Top Load if you have top load fully automatic machine. If you have a semi-automatic washing machine or you do handwashing, choose simple Ariel.
